Meal: Mango Ginger Smoothie

Method: In a blender, add 1 cup frozen mango, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup OJ, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger and 1 tablespoon local honey. Blend til smooth. So yummy- low cal, high protein (b/c of the yogurt) and vitamin packed.
