Meal: Breakfast in the go. Today, orange smoothie with banana sounded good to me. This recipe makes smoothies for two.

Method: This is a great way to use “older” fruits. Cut away peel from four oranges. Squeeze the peels into the blender so as to not waste any goodness. Peel one banana, old is OK. Add all to blender. Add 1 cup fat free yogurt and 1 cup of OJ or milk. Blend til smooth. Add honey if you aren’t into tangy beverages in the morning or vodka if it’s afternoon. Enjoy!
